Kinder Ranch sits in Bulverde Texas — perfectly halfway between New Braunfels and Boerne. Easy access to San Antonio, easy access to the Texas Hill Country, and some of the best schools in the region. Elementary, middle school, and high school are all top rated Comal ISD — all within walking distance. Monthly music in the park. Local farmers markets five to ten minutes away. Junior Olympic swimming pool, walking trails, sports courts, and a recreation center right inside the community.

Here is what I loved about the finishes. Upgraded granite countertops. Backsplash carried all the way above the cabinets. Modern chandeliers. Big brass island lighting. A fireplace centered correctly. Almost floor to ceiling windows with Hill Country views. A master suite with tray ceilings and chandelier. His and hers — what I call the separation of church and state — freestanding tub AND oversized shower. A dedicated home office. Bedrooms properly sized for real life. Construction runs about six months and the builder calls every week with updates.
