If you are thinking about moving to the Texas Hill Country I want to talk to you before you call anyone, before you search Zillow, before you do anything else.
I am Vanessa Bradford the Hill Country Queen. I have been living and working exclusively in the Texas Hill Country for nine years and selling real estate across Texas for nineteen. I know this area the way most people know their own backyard — the land, the neighborhoods, the school districts, the rivers, the wine country, and every development happening right now between New Braunfels and Bulverde.

Here is what I want every future Hill Country resident to know before they make their move.
There is no bang for your buck living in the city. Traffic, pollution, higher cost of living, less space. You are paying premium prices to be cramped. But here in New Braunfels and the Texas Hill Country you get real space, great school districts, low crime, and a quality of life that people in the city are paying a fortune to try to find.
This is not just about real estate. It is about knowing your area. Where do you go to live? Where do you go to play? Where are the rivers, the best restaurants, the Texas wine country, and the developments coming up that you need to know about before you buy? I know all of it because I live it every single day.
Do you want to be on one acre or five? In a neighborhood or out in the country? Walking distance to Gruene or close to downtown New Braunfels? Whatever lifestyle you are trying to build I am going to help you find exactly where it lives in the Texas Hill Country.
Ready to make your move? Reach out directly. I will pick up the phone.
